Here at Aleavia, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with all of our products. Even though we are confident that our formulas are the cleanest and purest available, we know there will be some that are just not getting the results they need and are dissatisfied. In that case please see below:
How do I return Aleavia?
Online Purchases Only:
For a period of 90 Days from the date of purchase, you can return your Aleavia to us for a complete refund of the original purchase price less shipping cost. *** If your return is part of an order that qualified for free shipping we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from your return***
Please include your used products, a copy of your original invoice, a short description of why you are returning and we will issue a refund to the address listed on the invoice. We reserve the right to issue a refund in the form of a check or credit card refund to the card used to purchase the order. Please ship the products with a tracking number so that you can confirm that we received the product.

Please take caution to pack the products in a manner that protects them from spillage and keeps them from being damaged.
Please be advised that we can only refund those orders that were purchased at Aleavia.com. Any other online orders shall be governed by the particular store where you purchased your products.

If you purchased your Aleavia from one of our retail partners and you need to return an item, then you will need to return it to that location. They may require that you provide proof of purchase from their store.
