When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery times vary depending on when you order and where you live. We primarily utilize USPS for residential deliveries within the United States and Canada.
Domestic Orders: 3 – 5 Days
International Orders: 7 - 14 Days
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We charge a flat fee for shipping that will clearly be shown at checkout and on your emailed invoice. We calculate shipping cost based on an average of the postage for an average parcel.
From time to time we may run a promotion that offers or includes Free Shipping. If this is the case then the shipping cost will not be added to your invoice at checkout.
Does Aleavia Deliver To P.O. Boxes?
We can deliver Aleavia anywhere you get mail. So order away!
Does Aleavia Ship To Multiple Addresses?
We do not ship to multiple addresses with a single order placed online. Please place the orders for each address separately.
ORDER TRACKING
Will You Notify Me When You Ship My Order?
As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order showing you all the details including your order or invoice number.
When your order is actually shipped, you will receive another email letting you know that your Aleavia is on the way. The tracking number for your shipment will be included in this second email.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order at any time. Please bear in mind it can take up to 12 hours from the receipt of that email for the tracking information to be available. To check on the progress of your shipment please go to www.usps.com and enter your tracking number into the search bar.
How about lost, Damaged or delayed packages?
We ship our packages primarily with USPS Priority Mail. After your order is scanned into the USPS system it is the responsiblity of USPS. If you have any delivery issues please contact USPS with your tracking number.
What is Aleavia Package Protection?
Aleavia Package protection is a small fee added to your order to insure that your order will be replaced in a timely manner if it is lost stolen or damaged. Even though USPS priority mail is covered by $ 100 insurance, after your package has been scanned delivered by USPS they will not pay if someone steals your package or it goes missing. After a short period of time we will reship your order under the Aleavia Package Protection Policy.
Here is what to do BEFORE you contact customer service:
1.) If your package is damaged please send a photo of the damage and your order number to Support@aleavia.com. Please indicate which products were damaged and if you need a replacment or jusrt a cap or lotion pump.
2.) If your package is scanned delivered by USPS but you cannot find it please look around as the mail carrier might have been a substitute and left it in a different place.
3.) If you live in a community that has parcel lockers it is a common mistake for the mail carrier to accidentially place your order in the wrong locker. If this happens it usually takes a few days to get worked out. Please wait a few days to see if your package shows up before contacting us. You can also leave a note for your Mail Carrier or contact USPS. *ALL of our Shipments will have our Aleavia LOGO on the package somewhere.
4.) If you still don't have your package in a few days please contact us at support@aleavia.com with the following information:

Your Verified Correct Address
We will compare the address that we have on file and make arrangements to send you a replacement order under the Aleavia Protection Policy.
